Please read all terms carefully before using this platform — our goal is full transparency about your rights and responsibilities.

These terms and conditions have been last updated. bdokl reserves the right to make changes at any time, and continued use of the site after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions form the legal basis for operating the bdokl platform and all its services. By accessing the bdokl.bar website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms described below.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between bdokl and the user. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Important: This service is available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account at bdokl, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information — providing false information may result in account cancellation.
  • Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts and associated funds may be confiscated.
  • You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential.
  • Any breach of account security must be reported to the bdokl support team immediately.

bdokl reserves the right to verify any account. A copy of a national ID card or other government-issued ID may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

bdokl offers transaction facilities through Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial services.

Deposits

  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
  • Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
  • bdokl does not charge any additional fees for deposits, though your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawal requests may only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
  • Wagering requirements must be met for bonus-related withdrawals (see Section 4 for details).
  • Withdrawals will only be processed from verified accounts.

About Rocket: Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service and is one of the accepted payment methods at bdokl.

Bonus and Promotional Offers

bdokl offers various bonuses and promotional offers. All such offers are subject to the following terms:

Welcome Bonus

  • 100% bonus on the first deposit for new members, up to ৳8,000.
  • Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
  • Example: deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirement

  • Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 15x (on the bonus amount only).
  • Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 before withdrawing.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
  • If any misuse of bonuses is detected (bonus arbitrage, multiple accounts), the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

General Bonus Terms

  • bdokl may change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be combined with one another unless specifically stated.
  • Bonuses are only usable for playing games on the bdokl platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.

VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

Active players in the bdokl VIP program can progress through four tiers. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
  • Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
  • Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

VIP tier progression is determined by a player's consistent activity and participation on the platform. Cashback benefits are provided under specific rules, and bdokl reserves the right to amend the VIP program terms at any time.

Fair Gameplay and Prohibited Conduct

bdokl is committed to ensuring a fair, safe, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Any form of fraud, hacking, or software manipulation.
  • Using another player's information or identity.
  • Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
  • Playing games using automated bots or automated software.
  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system.
  • Harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour toward other users.

If any of the above prohibited conduct is detected, bdokl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account. In such cases, all funds in the account and any winnings may be forfeited.

Game outcomes are determined by the Random Number Generator (RNG) of bdokl's technology partners, which is impartial and transparent. bdokl does not manipulate these outcomes.

Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting at bdokl:

  • The outcome of all bets depends on the final official result of the relevant sporting event.
  • If an event is cancelled or abandoned midway, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
  • Odds displayed by bdokl are subject to change at any time, and the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
  • bdokl reserves the right to cancel bets placed on odds that are speculative or clearly erroneous.

Upon account closure, any valid balance is generally returned to the user, though funds may be forfeited in cases involving a breach of terms and conditions.
